Keeping a reward chart makes sure both parent and child stop and recognise when the child does something right, and gives them something to aim for so they keep it up. Each token could be earned by doing homework, sleeping in their own bed, general good behaviour... the list goes on.

The Reward Jar is a bold, brightly coloured jar which will look stunning in any nursery, playroom or stuck on the fridge in the kitchen. Each reward Jar has a magnetic back to attach it to the fridge, dishwasher, freezer etc.

Rather than collecting stickers on a chart, children collect the metallic tokens which slot in to the top of the jar. When the jar is full, they can trade the tokens for a small (or large) reward. You empty the jar by tipping it upside down and start again.

Each token is tiered with 1 star (bronze), 2 stars (silver) or 3 stars (gold), so you can give a bigger or smaller reward based on the achievement or task completed.

Reward Jar is suitable from 2 years, but should always be used under adult supervision due to small parts. At their youngest, the Reward Jar is perfect for potty training and helping to reward when teaching. As they grow, the Jar can be used to reward eating all their tea, sharing toys, completing homework etc. When you children start school, the Reward Jar is a great way to help encourage routines such as getting ready for school, brushing teeth, getting ready for bed etc.

Children thrive on the satisfaction of an instant reward and this is a great way to offer that. As soon as your child has achieved a reward, you can give them a token which they will enjoy posting in the top and watching as the jar fills up.
