By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card or Paypal account you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.

Placing your Order

Ordering from Spencer-Brookes Designs couldn't be easier. Begin by browsing through our products in the shop section and adding your desired products to the shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, select Checkout from the Shopping Basket section, this will allow you to complete your transaction through one of our many accepted payment methods.

After placing your order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Please note, under new distance selling regulations, customised items are not covered by the 14 day cooling off period and by ordering, you accept this condition.

Description of products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, measurements and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

However many of our products are individually handmade/cut from wood and slight variation in colour or grain of wood, or surface pattern may occur. Handmade and wooden items vary and it must be accepted by the customer that no two of a kind will ever be identical, and no surfaces will ever be the same as wood grain differs.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from the website due to screen display settings.

We cut many of our items on a laser which uses laser heat to burn through the material. Therefore, all laser cut items edges are dark brown or black, and may need either a light sanding in the case of wood products, or the protective film removed in the case of acrylic/plastic products.
