Our turnaround time is the time that it takes for us to design and cut your order, and not the time it will take for you to receive your order. Depending on the delivery partner used, delivery can take upto five working days to arrive AFTER we have dispatched it.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
Upgrading to RM24 post does not mean that your order will be prioiritised or processed quicker. ALL orders are subject to our current turnaround time as above. Upgrading to RM24 post will meant that your order dispatched on a faster postal service of 1-3 working days once processed.
All orders shipped with Royal Mail are sent on a delivery confirmation service, NOT a tracked service. All orders will receive a "tracking" number and link after shipping, which will only update once the order has been successfully delivered. We are unable to provide any additional delivery updates for your order once it has been shipped.
Order Design
As a craft wholesaler, in order to be able to offer as many different products, and customisation options as possible to our customers - we do not keep any items physically cut in stock. ALL products ordered have to be manually designed and uploaded into our machines, and then cut and sanded before dispatch. Therefore all orders, including blank shapes are subject to our design process and current turnaround times.
The only exception to this are our acrylic star reward jar tokens. As we sell these by the hundreds each day, to reduce acrylic wastage, these are cut by the sheet, and stored in our shop ready for use. Therefore if your order is solely for reward jar tokens, these may be processed quicker than our stated turnaround time.
If your order is at the CUTTING stage as per date listed above, then your order will be shipped within 24-48hrs.
Postage & Packaging
Our prices are inclusive of both postage and packaging.
Where possible, we will use recycled packaging to ship our orders so that we can do our part to help the environment - as well as keep our packaging costs as low as possible.
Click & Collect
We offer a FREE Click & Collect service from our retail store in Leominster, Herefordshire Monday to Friday. All Click & Collect orders are subject to our usual turnaround times, and minimum wholesale order threshold. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Please note that all click and collect orders MUST be placed on our website in order to obtain wholesale prices. Once collected, any shipping charges will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Missing Parcels
Spencer-Brookes Designs will not be held responsible for missing parcels, or any postage delays. Should this occur, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation with you and take up a dispute with Royal Mail or the courier.
Add-ons & Combining Orders
Please note that due to the high volume of orders that we receive each day, we are unable to accept any additions to orders once the order has been placed.
Any additional items required need to be placed as a brand new order, with it's own P&P fee. Please note that any additional orders will be processed in-turn by the time in which they are ordered, and NOT processed with your original order. This means that the packages may arrive at different times, depending on the time lapsed between the two orders.
