What are Personal Product Catalogues?

Personal Product Catalogues are online catalogues of products, which are only accessible to specific Account Customers. They are used by our customers who either request a custom design service, or who send us their own designs to produce - and require these specific products to be both hidden from general view, and readily available for them to purchase online.

Are my products really hidden from view?

Yes! All of your custom products in your own Personal Product Catalogue are hidden from general view on our website. You will be provided with your own unique URL to access your catalogue, but can also view your own products within the All Products section in our main menu.

Even if someone were to get hold of your unique URL, as an extra layer of security, each Personal Product Catalogue is locked down to your individual Customer Account online. Only you can see your own custom products in the All Products section.

How to I register for a Personal Product Catalogue?

Every customer who moves forward with either a custom designed product, or having their own designs produced by us, will automatically be provided their own Personal Product Catalogue.

How do I add my products to my Personal Product Catalogue?

You don't have to. Every design that is approved by both you and Spencer-Brookes Designs, will be automatically added to your Personal Product Catalogue by our web team.

Each product will be listed in the same manner as our standard products. With a short description, dimensions, and pricing - so that you can be sure that you're ordering the right product each time. Photos of your custom products can also be added to the listing. However we ask that you provide these to us, as unfortunately our product photography is mostly done off-site.

I'd like to have some custom products made. How do I get started?

If the products are your own unique designs, that you have already created. You can send in your designs to us via email, with your sizing and material requirements to obtain an initial quote. Designs can be provided in JPEG, PNG, AI or EPS format, and should be of a high resolution.

Is there anything else that I should know about Personal Product Catalogues?

You will need to register a customer account with us in order to have a Personal Product Catalogue. Customer Accounts are free of charge, and offer lots of great benefits to you as a customer. Including order management, and saved shipping addresses.

Designs that either utilise our existing designs, or that we obtain on your behalf from a vector site cannot be added to your Personal Product Catalogues.
