I have an idea in my head, can you design it for me?

Definitely! We work with you to create exactly what you need. Whether it's just a rough idea, that needs transforming into a design, or you already have a design sketched out, that needs converting into a laser-ready vector for cutting - we can help!

Can you cut my designs?

Yes! In order to to laser cut or engrave your designs, we ideally require a vector file which has been created in a drawing editing software such as Adobe Illustrator or Coral Draw. This Vector files enable us to produce your design at any size, without risk of missing details.

Will the designs be exclusive to me?

We can offer two types of custom design service. If you are happy for your product to be available on our website as a standard product, then we can offer a reduced, and sometimes free design service depending on the level of work required to produce your product.

However if you'd prefer to keep your designs exclusive, then an additional fee would be added to your quote, to retain exclusivity to you. Our exclusivity fees, and full terms and conditions relating to exclusive products can be found here: Product Exclusivity.

Once designed, all exclusive products are then stored in your own private catalogue online. Ready for you to purchase as and when you need them.
